Boundaries
This image is a great representation of what one's boundaries look like, for many. They are sort of there, but, are rather frail; and, have quite a few loop holes. Boundaries are important when it comes to both physical and emotional health. By setting them, we are showing and providing ourselves the respect that we deserve. This in itself is empowering. By not having boundaries, or by allowing them to be weak and pliable, we are allowing greater opportunity for discomfort. U
