As an integrative clinician, Rebecca uses a number of evidence-based therapeutic approaches and treatments with her clients. Uniquely You is a private practice dedicated to offering a safe space where YOU can show up exactly as you are. Rebecca's success in the field has taught her that effective therapy requires far more than a one-size-fits-all approach; that the process needs to be thoughtfully tailored to each and every client. With this, she not only strongly values the therapeutic relationship, but will take a compassionate and curious approach to your unique story, circumstances, and goals. Therapy with Rebecca is always results-driven: her goal as a "professional helper" is to help you learn how to live your best life.
Rebecca has over 10 years of experience in both the public and private health sectors and has worked with clients of many different backgrounds through a wide range of personal obstacles, relationship issues, clinical diagnoses, and general life troubles. Beyond individual therapy, she has experience in couples counselling, walk-in and crisis counselling, curriculum planning and development, and public health awareness. She is multiculturally-competent, trauma-informed, and inherently insightful.
If you are looking for an open-minded, empathetic therapist who remains rooted in evidence and reality, you need not look further. Rebecca is known for her warm and down-to-earth demeanour, offering people from all walks of life a safe space to dive and thrive. Therapy here doesn't require an agenda. It's sometimes even fun.
