Individualized Treatment

Every client's plan for therapy and/or treatment is carefully considered and is openly discussed with the client. Because Rebecca believes therapy does not require a particular "agenda," she will take a variety of factors - pertaining to YOU - into consideration, in order to create a plan that's best suited to your needs and goals. The plan for therapy is discussed during consultation and/or during the first session. But! It isn't forgotten about. Rebecca is always sure to re-visit the matter throughout therapy, to ensure your needs are being met.
